Online Domestic & International Return Policy:
At Flying Flamingos, we want you to be satisfied & happy with your purchase.
New and unworn/unused/unwashed items purchased online domestically are eligible for an exchange or refund. Flying Flamingos must be notified within 10 days of the delivery in order to receive a return authorization number that is to be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Returns without an authorization number will NOT be accepted. All original tags must be attached. A $9.95 fee will be deducted on refunded items.
All shipping costs are paid by the customer. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you cannot trace the package. Returns are discretionary upon inspection of the item once received by us. All SALE items are FINAL SALE, as are special/custom orders.
Domestic shipping (Canada):
All purchases will be processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding Canadian Statutory holidays) of order via Canada Post at a flat rate of $15.00 CDN for all orders under $200.00 CDN. Orders over $200.00 CDN are FREE! A tracking number will be emailed out to you with confirmation that your items(s) are on their way.

United States – Flat Rate $25.00 CDN (Orders over $500.00 CDN are FREE!)
International – Flat Rate $49.00 CDN (Orders over $500.00 CDN are FREE!)
Customers also assume all costs associated with declaration value in accordance with their countries duties and tariff costs. Tracking number will be available at time of purchase if the customer selects an option with tracking. Flying Flamingos is not responsible for lost packages. Customers will be sent an email that includes all relevant shipping information once item is shipped. Please allow up to 3 weeks from ship date for delivery depending on destination country. Delays may occur due to customs. All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office or a Canada Post facility for further information concerning custom duties or fees. Please note, for all non-US international customers choosing “ground” as a method of shipping this means via boat, as we are located in Canada.
Shipments sent outside the country of Canada pay no sales tax. Canadian customers pay HST of 13% at time of checkout.
